You may return a product if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased directly from KhadauAustralia.com.
  • The return is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Clearance items, gift cards, or customized products are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

3. Refund Process

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 business days to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, you will need to:
